Thank you for choosing TMG Plumbing & Heating Services.

By accepting a quotation, you agree that TMG Plumbing & Heating Services are not accountable for any radiators and pipework that may be corroded and may leak during the course of power flushing, which uses water at high velocity but low pressure.

In the event that the pipework or radiators are blocked solid and cannot be power flushed, the client will still be accountable to pay TMG Plumbing & Heating Services for their services. In the event that the heating system is blocked solid and the power flushing is not successful, additional work may be needed to clear blocked pipework at an additional cost. This will be discussed with the client before proceeding.

By accepting a quotation for leak detection, the client understands that TMG Plumbing & Heating Services will endeavour to do their best to find the leak but it is not 100% guaranteed. TMG Plumbing & Heating Services will not carry out any digging work or lifting of flooring as part of the leak detection.

Quotations are based on information provided by the client and may need to adjusted or changed due to recommendations agreed.
